Reload Bonus & Cashback

• The weekly reload bonus is available to active members every Monday.
• Cashback offers are generally calculated based on net losses.
• The referral bonus is awarded only when the referred person successfully registers and completes their first deposit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

Bonus Abuse

Indian Rummy has a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:

• Colluding with a different account in specific games
• Using low-risk betting strategies solely to meet bonus wagering requirements
• Claiming bonuses multiple times using false information

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

• False Identity: Using false names, addresses, or identity documents.
• Underage Accounts: Opening an account for, or assisting anyone under 18 years of age to play.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing false chargeback claims after making a deposit.

Account Closure by Indian Rummy

Indian Rummy may close an account under any of the following circumstances:

Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. If you have a remaining balance at the time of the request, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it. Accounts under Self-Exclusion cannot be reactivated before the designated period has ended.

Inactive Account Policy

An account with no transactions for 24 consecutive months will be marked as "inactive." A ৳100 inactivity fee may be deducted each month thereafter, though your balance will never fall below zero. Logging back in will reactivate your account.
